Windows Vista Toolbar Changed?
my toolbar has changed to black .toolbar on top i added more ram to my pc and now it is black but if i make page smaller it blue like it was before. only in full screen its black . where you type a web address where its black be low that where say page tool home that is blue. i did a system restore that did not fix it. any ideal how fix this. no its not worm virus. my pc is clean. fresh install of windows.
right click on your desktop go to personalize click there pick first one change it there
you can drag the toolbar around your desktop with arrow. hold down shift key and drag to the right or left side and then to the bottom
