How Do I Go About Upgrading A Fujitsu Stylistic St5022d From Windows Xp To Vista?

I’m buying a refurbished stylistic on ebay soon, and it comes with windows xp. I was just wondering what I’d need to do in order to upgrade it and where to get the best programs. I’ve heard there might be issues with some of the existing features when downloading vista…but I’m not sure. Any suggestions?
